Owned and operated by the Hoefman Family since 1993, Cole’s Point Resort is situated just below Healey Falls on a peninsula where the Crowe River meets the Trent River and is just 15 minutes to Campbellford, Havelock and Hastings. Your hosts, Scott and Lesley Hoefman welcome you to a warm and family oriented resort that features some of the best fishing along the fast waters of the Trent River. You may also be able to see an assortment of wildlife ranging from deer, wild turkeys, foxes, coyotes, blue herons and many feathered friends.
Our resort features 112 seasonal trailer sites where every site has a 3 way hookup (electrical, water and sewer). Sites are currently available with 15, 20 or 30 amp electrical services.
Additionally, Cole's Point Resort has 15 cottages available for weekly Saturday to Saturday rental and weekend rentals during non-high season times. A variety of cottages sizes are available, from our small 2 bedroom cottages that sleep 4 to our largest 3 bedroom cottage that sleeps 10. Every propane heated cottage comes equipped with a private washroom with shower facilities and a fully outfitted kitchen complete with an electric range and oven, full sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the pots, pans, utensils, plates and glasses required. The only cottage items that you need bring are your own linens and towels.
We provide a large number of activities for both adults and kids. From dances with bands and DJ’s, to our Halloween Haunted House, to the Canada Day fireworks, to tournaments for darts, horseshoes and fishing there is something for everyone. Cole's Point Resort is pet friendly, but we ask that dogs be leashed and you clean up after your furry family members.
