Cottage Rentals
Cole’s Point Resort has 15 cottages available for weekly Saturday to Saturday rental and weekend rentals out of season. Check in is at 2 PM and check out is at 10 AM. A variety of cottage sizes are available, from our small two bedroom cottages that sleep four, to our largest three bedroom cottage that sleeps 11.
Every propane-heated cottage comes equipped with:
- Private washroom with shower facilities
- Fully outfitted kitchen (electric range and oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, glasses, plates and flatware)
You will need to bring your own linens and towels. Cole’s Point is pet friendly, but we ask that dogs be leashed and that you clean up after your furry family members.

Amenities
Our cottages are equipped with all the conveniences of home such as a refrigerator and stove, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker. Dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are also included. Each cottage has its very own fire pit, charcoal BBQ and picnic table. All the cottages have hot and cold running water, a kitchen and living room area and a private bathroom with a shower stall. You will have to bring your own linens and towels. (Most cottages are equipped with double beds in each bedroom.) There is an on-site laundry facility and a general store.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy
All cottage reservations require a 50% deposit by Visa, MasterCard, cash or cheque at the time of booking in order to hold the cottage.
If a cottage is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, a full refund will be issued.
If a cottage is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued.
If a cottage is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date, the deposit will be NON REFUNDABLE.
